WIFI-X-TENDER is removed from the backing material or cut. We recommend
test fitting the product using Scotch tape first to verify results. This is accomplished
by taping the product to the back of the laptop, either at the bottom back of the
screen or top backside of the screen. Additionally we have noted that some laptops
actually perform better if the product is placed under the bottom of the laptop. This
is based on the different locations of the WIFI antenna on your laptop. You will see
improved service with either location, but there is no reason not to attempt to get
the best service possible so please experiment first before final installation.

2. Once you have determined the best location to install, clean the intended
installation location with any household cleaning product and then dry it with a
paper towel. A clean surface will ensure adhesion and longer product life.

3. If you are using a Mini-laptop or Net book and the product is too large for your
device, simply trim it with a pair of scissors at one end.
Do NOT trim it at BOTH ends, this will make installation difficult.
Once you have determined the proper length, mark it on the back of the
product with pen or pencil.
Use a cup or other round object to trace in the rounded corners, this is
important, sharp corners will unpeel easily.
Cut the product and proceed to the next step.

4. Use a piece of Scotch tape and place it on one end of the WIFI-X-TENDER with
about 1 inch on the product and 1 inch overlapping off the end of the product on
the original factory end.

5. Place the WIFI-X-TENDER over the location and tape down the starting end to your laptop.

6. Lift the free end up to a 45° angle then reach under and pull the edge of the
fixed end gently towards you. The WIFI-X-TENDER should begin to free itself of the
backing material.

7. Slowly work the backing material off the product, ensuring that the product is
gently pressed onto the laptop as you go. If you go slowly it is very easy to go back
if there are air bubbles or wrinkles and work them out.

8. Once installed, gently work out any wrinkles or air bubbles that remain by using
a cloth or a folded paper towel to press down with to affix the WIFI-X-TENDER.
Work from the center to the edges.

are unique in that you may need to test service is several locations to verify results

do so in the following manner.
Place the WIFI-X-TENDER face down on a flat surface.
Place your cell phone with the side that you plan to install on on top of the
product.
Use a pencil or pen to trace around your cell phone to get the basic outline for
the final result.
Trace around the inside of the first set of trace marks by 1/8 to 1/4in depending
on the amount of error you see in the basic trace.
Cut the WIFI-X-Tender on the INSIDE lines, it's always better to cut it larger
rather than smaller and slowly trim down to the final fit.
Now test fit the product to your phone and trim again as needed until a final
finished result is obtained. Try to round the corners as this will make the product
less likely to come off the phone once attached.
